EVIGENCE is a start-up company with best-in-class technology for freshness monitoring, based in Israel and in the US. Evigence helps retailers to embrace technology and optimize product freshness, reduce food waste, and do good for the environment, as well as improve services and internal processes. Our technology enables consumers to monitor the true freshness of perishable items in real time, all the time, anywhere, unlike anyone else. These capabilities delight consumers and drive loyalty by enabling better decisions, reducing waste, and saving money.


As a Marketing director at Evigence you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of the company and its activities. Developing highly effective marketing Strategy, brilliantly targeting ideal customers, and making it all happen on time and under budget. You will be asked to create, implement, and organize sales enablement activities, integrated marketing campaigns, competitive research, case studies and drive leads down the sales funnel and support our revenue objectives. The role reports directly to the CEO.

You are expected to:

Develop and implement marketing strategy for various channels and manage the marketing budget.

Lead market analysis for the different segments the company is exploring and team up with the commercial efforts to reach a clear product market fit.

Initiate engagements and provide insights into customers' needs and identify the gap between need and our product's ability.

Own the initial phase of the buyer journey including CRM operation and liaison with other tools, to assist the commercial team in its BD& sales efforts.

 Expand & optimize paid marketing activities, including initial planning, creative, implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.

Plan and execute a Marcom strategy. Manage conferences and social events, optimize campaigns across media channels and other different platforms.

Locate and manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and suppliers, including contract negotiation.

Lead marketing design, visual identity, content and other marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders

Lead the website design, development and updating on a timely basis with marketing materials, and confirm it is in line with company G2M strategy and agenda



6+ years of proven experience in B2B international marketing roles- must.

Experience in a leading marketing role in grocery tech startups or retail technology companies -advantage

Highly motivated, self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to multi-task and effectively balance several areas of responsibility at a time

Proven ability to organize and lead a virtual team of professionals across the business working from different locations to leverage resources and align goals

Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills

Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Native Level English with excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.

Analytical skills with a data-driven mentality.

Experience using Google Analytics- advantage

Familiarity with advantage.

Ability to travel from time to time.

 Location: Hoboken, NJ. Hybrid\ Remote as an option (East Coast)
