This privacy policy applies to information collected via our internet website at www.evigence.com (the “Site”), and/or the services available through the Site and/or through the Evigence Sensors mobile application (the “App”) or otherwise provided by Evigence Sensors (the “Services”).

The terms the “Company” or “we”, “us” or “our” when used in this Privacy Policy mean Freshpoint Quality Assurance Ltd., our parent and any of our or its affiliates.

The terms “User” or “you” when used in this Privacy Policy mean any user of the Site, the App and/or the Services.

We value your trust, and therefore strive to present you this policy in clear, plain language, so you can quickly find answers to the questions that interest you. If you choose to register or submit information to the Site, the App and/or the Services, you agree to the use of such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Please note, that the Services may contain links to other websites maintained by third parties, which may not be governed by this Privacy Policy. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. Users are advised to check the privacy policy of each third party website into which they enter.

Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use.

1. Information Collection

We log visitor’s domain and IP address automatically; this information only identifies the device that is being used to log in to the Site. We also use cookies (small text files stored in a user’s browser) or Web beacons (electronic images that allow the Site and/or the App to count visitors who have accessed a particular page and to access certain cookies) to gather personally unidentified information. You may at any time program your browser to block cookies, but be aware that such blocking may prevent us from providing some or all of the Services to you.
We collect only personally identified information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by you, for example, if you provide us with an email address and company’s name in order to receive initial information regarding your website, or other login information you provided while registering for an account as a client of the Services. Or for example If you submit your candidacy to an open position at the company by email, or online, then you are the main source of the personal data. Your personal data can also originate from other sources, such as LinkedIn profile, recruitment agencies, headhunters and referrals. If you choose to register or submit information to the Site, you agree to the use of such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may store your personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for our Services. We may also retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with any law or regulation, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our Terms of Use and take other actions permitted or required by applicable national laws.

Information Use

Non-personal information is used mainly for click stream analysis in order to constantly improve and maintain the Site, and/or the App and the Services, including among others, for ensuring the technical functioning of our network, to help prevent fraudulent use of our services and for developing new services. In addition, the web master may, where necessary, use unidentified information for various Site or App related tasks.
Personal information is used only for limited purposes. We may use personally identifiable information that we have collected about you in several ways, including in order to manage and administer your account, to process and fulfill the transactions you initiate, to identify you on the Site, to respond to your questions or comments, to evaluate and consider you as a candidate for positions, in accordance with our processes and policies for evaluating employment candidates, to contact you for your candidacy status and interviews, to schedule meetings and interviews, amongst others, or to inform you of material changes or additions to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.
We may also analyze traffic patterns, users’ demographics and behavior, for general business analytics and in order to provide you with a more personalized experience.

Sharing of Information with Third Parties

We may share non-personal, aggregate information regarding the Site and/or the App usage with our affiliates or partners. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in Company usage.
We may share users’ personal information with our Sellers or our affiliates to facilitate the delivery of the Services and as necessary to allow you to enjoy the Services. Furthermore, we may disclose users’ personal information to third parties, solely when we believe that such disclosure is required for us in order to provide you access to our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our Terms of Use, to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate and/or investigate activities related to our Services that are fraudulent, illegal or in contrast to our Terms of Use. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your consent.
We may share your personal data with our service providers and vendors who assist us to collect, process and store your personal data, including, Comeet (who provide us with the Platform) in the context of your candidacy. These companies are authorized to use your personal data as necessary to provide these services or as otherwise authorized by us. Comeet’s privacy policy is available here. Personal data may be shared with, or transferred to, our affiliated corporate group entities (entities controlled by, under common control with, or controlling us, directly or indirectly). We may share your general recruitment status with third parties who submitted your candidacy to us. If your details are submitted to the Company by a third-party (such as an employee of the Company or a recruiting agency), the Company can give the third-party access to your name, photo and some of the general recruitment status.
Unless otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade any personally identifiable information of our Users with third parties for their promotional commercial purposes.

Access to Information

We take reasonable security measures to protect Users’ information against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. However please note that the Site, as with most Internet websites, is vulnerable to various security issues including without limitation various eavesdropping, electronic trespassing, sniffing, spamming, nuking, hacking, spoofing, “imposturing”, breaking passwords, harassment, fraud, forgery and system contamination including without limitation use of viruses, worms and Trojan horses causing unauthorized, damaging harmful access and/or retrieval of information and data on the User’s computer or the User’s information and data on the Company’s servers and other forms of activities that may even be considered unlawful, and hence should be considered unsecured. Information and data may also not reach their destination or reach an erroneous address or recipient.
Also note that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your personal information, we will reasonably attempt to notify you as necessary so you can take appropriate protective steps. We may notify you under such circumstances using your most current email address on record with us. We reserve the right to use or disclose personal information to law enforcement, regulatory or other government agencies, or third parties if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or a legal process.

Assignment

If Company elects, in its reasonable discretion, to transfer ownership or control of the Sites or Services to a third party, whether or not in the context of an acquisition, merger, or reorganization, you consent to the transfer of your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information by Company to that third party, provided that all use of your information by that third party remains subject to the terms of this Policy.
